Yellow Star is the name of a potent date-rape drug in this fictional 1-episode OVA from 1995. Character design was handled by Yasuomi Umetsu who's often mistakenly credited for its direction, but it's widely known as an Umetsu anime because of its strong visual style with a storyline not dissimilar to other Umetsu pieces.
Released in the west as 'Operation 07' on the 11-part hentai compilation 'Cool Devices' in April 1995, this became the most highly regarded segment and may have been a reason for it's 10th anniversary DVD re-release in 2005.
