Memories Off is a romantic drama which has inspired four OAVs and a PS2 game since it's first incarnation in 2001.
This artwork is from the third OVA, 'Memories off 3.5- Omoide no Kanata e'.
Sadly I don't know anything about this series but was swayed by the images by the pretty girls *Doh*
