Supernatural, Martial Arts anime directed by Rin Taro in 1988. The three episodes each have a different style to them, I'm sure the second is by the same team that made Fist of the North Star- the character design is identical. Peacock King was made into a live-action movie HK starring Yuen Baio which follows this story closely
