Backgrounds

Cel backgrounds are often under-appreciated pieces of anime art. In many cases they emphasise the action and mood of a shot, as well as providing a backdrop to the characters and setting the scene. Some of the art here are from series I already collect and other pieces were purchased simply because I like them! I like photorealistic BGs and am always looking out for more. For many of the unknown BGs marked (?), I intend to put them to use livening up other cels. As such, if anyone can offer some clues as to where they come from, that would be amazing, thanks!
